Sometimes I find myself as an adult missing picture books. Every once in awhile, I will read a handful or two of children’s books. Some are extremely well written and thought out. Just because we are adults, doesn’t mean we can’t appreciate children’s photo books.

I agree. They contain extraordinary depth.

I also feel that as adults/educators/mentors etc. we need to connect with the children in our lives and often times literature is the best place to learn about them, understand them and get tools to reach them.
